Talking about end-of-life should feel like a relief and be an empowering experience.
I assist individuals and families with navigating death care, advanced care planning, and the conversations that shape how we want to be cared for.
Whether we're working through Swedish Death Cleaning, documenting your wishes, or simply discovering what matters most to you, I'm here to bring clarity, compassion, and just enough levity to make the conversation feel possible.

I'm Jessica

Your guide through life’s least-favorite topic.

I’m here because I’ve seen what happens when families don’t have guidance—and what’s possible when they do.
My story is woven with caregiving, advocacy, and a lifelong belief that talking about death helps us live more fully.

Empowering You
Through
Life Transitions

I’m an end of life  doula and death educator  located in the Greater Rochester, NY area . I am  deeply dedicated to providing education, comfort, and empowerment to individuals and families as they navigate one of life’s most meaningful transitions. I believe that living fully includes understanding how we want to leave—and that when we make space for these conversations, fear softens and clarity grows.

My work is centered on restoring personal agency and strengthening support systems around end-of-life care. Through compassionate guidance, I help individuals and families move through this time with clarity, steadiness, and connection. Whether that looks like facilitating important conversations, offering emotional support, or helping you navigate available resources, my role is to ensure that your choices reflect your values—and that your loved one’s transition is met with dignity, comfort, and care.

Death has power only over those

who do not prepare for it.
